Loyalty, caring and being that one person to lean on, that extra pair of ears to listen, that extra shoulder to cry on and that extra person to just be here for me that is what I think a good friend could be.

 Good friends are also honest — honest enough to tell you when you're not being a good friend yourself.
 Along with good friends who are present, loyal, and honest, most people want friends who are trustworthy.

A good friend must be kind because being kind is when they look out for you no matter what!


A good friend is someone who has your back when you need help. Being a good friend is someone who wants to be friends and never will break your friendship.

How to make mince rap.
-Dice an onion and fry with mince until its cook.

-Add 2 table spoons of flour and 1/2 cup of water.
Stir for 5 mins and take it of heat.

Grab some pastry and cut into 4 equal pieces.
fill the bottom of the pastry with the mince and sauce
-Close with top pastry and steal with folk. Put into the oven and bake 20 mins

Add all together in a bowl then whisk.
 Grab some pastry and put it into your
baking tin- Then add all the eggs and the rest into the baking tin
-Bake 180c for 20 mins.Enjoy

Today we had an guest speaker named Mary-Ann. She talked to us about the heart and her Currier and what she did when she was growing up when she told us she said that she went to the same school as my teacher Mrs Tapuke. She talked about how the heart works and how you breath she even works as a nurse so she talked on how to get a job to be a mid wife or a doctor or a nurse she talked how the blood goes thru your heart it goes around and around. she went to rangitoto college and went to sonny noke primary that were she met my teacher Mrs Tapuke.
